1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the business relationship between Gera ("we", "us", "Provider") and clients ("you", "Client") who use our LinkedIn content management services.
By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
We provide done-for-you LinkedIn content management services, which may include:
- Content strategy development
- LinkedIn post writing and ghostwriting
- Post scheduling and publishing
- Comment engagement management
- Performance reporting
The specific scope of services will be agreed upon before engagement.
3. Client Obligations
To enable us to provide our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your business, voice, and goals
- Grant necessary access to your LinkedIn account for posting
- Respond to approval requests in a timely manner (if applicable)
- Pay invoices according to agreed terms
- Not engage in activities that violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service
4. Onboarding
Our service begins with a 30-minute onboarding call to understand your voice, goals, and target audience. This call is essential for us to deliver content that sounds like you.
5. Content Approval
Unless otherwise agreed:
- We will share content for your review before posting
- You have 48 hours to provide feedback or request changes
- If no feedback is received within 48 hours, content is considered approved
- You may opt out of the approval process and authorize us to post directly
6. Payment Terms
- Fees are agreed upon before engagement
- Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed
- Services are billed monthly in advance
- Late payments may result in suspension of services
7. Guarantees
We offer the following guarantees for new clients:
- Voice Match Guarantee: If we cannot match your voice to your satisfaction within 7 days of the first post, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Engagement Guarantee: If your LinkedIn engagement does not at least double within 30 days of starting, you are entitled to a full refund.
To claim a refund under these guarantees, you must notify us in writing within the specified timeframe. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.
These guarantees apply to the first month of service only and require your active participation in the onboarding process.
8. Intellectual Property
- Content created for you becomes your property upon payment
- We retain the right to use anonymized examples in our portfolio (unless you object)
- You grant us permission to post content on your behalf on LinkedIn
9. Confidentiality
We will treat all information you share with us as confidential. We will not disclose your business information, strategies, or account access to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for changes to LinkedIn's algorithm or platform that may affect performance
- We are not liable for any actions LinkedIn takes against your account
- Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the current month of service
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
11. Termination
- Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice
- Upon termination, we will revoke access to your accounts
- No refunds for partial months unless covered by our guarantees
- We may terminate immediately if you violate these Terms
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Your City], Germany.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms. Existing clients will be notified of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
